Objectives of the meeting
- Update on current progress in the three main topical areas: Physics, Materials and Modeling.
- Review the progress of the current joint activities and discuss status of remaining open issues and potential closure of joint activities.
- Report on the recommendations and action items arising from the ITPA-CC meeting in December 2021.
- Discuss and identify emerging high priority issues to be addressed for ITER and corresponding potential new joint activities for 2022/23.

- A joint session with ITPA PEP (Pedestal & Edge Physics) is planed onsite, on the Wednesday 26th of October.
- An ITER visit is planed on Friday 28th of October, from 02:30pm to 05:30pm (approximative). Transpotation is provided from Cadarache castle to ITER, and then back to Aix-en-Provence.

Accommodation & transportation
The meeting is organised at the castle of Cadarache, a publicily accessible site located at the proximity of both CEA and ITER sites.
- Participants will dispose of a private shuttle bus to commute every morning and evening between Aix en Provence and the castle of Cadarache. The pickup location is currently set (18 Bd du Roi René, Aix en Provence link google map). On the morning, departure from Aix is planed at 08:30am (meeting starting at 10am), and departure from Cadarache at 05:15pm (arrival at aix around 06:00pm).

- The in-person participants are requested to book the accommodations by themselves. The hotels which are centrally located and within easy access to the pick-up point of the shuttle bus are proposed by the LOC as below. Please make your own hotel reservations directly on the website.

Lunches
Lunches will be offered to participants everyday from Monday to Friday, in the form of a buffet at direct proximity of the conference room. Do not forget to mention any dietary restrictions on the registration form.
Coffee, drinks and viennoiseries will be avaible onsite every morning and afternoon.

The conference will be entirely shared via ZOOM. A link will be send every day to registered participants.
