The 3rd WEST Experimental Planning Meeting will be held only by videoconference from 22 March in the afternoon to 24 March.
WEST has completed its first phase of operation and will start its second phase with the complete “ITER-like” divertor in a few months. Finally, this 3rd “WEST Experimental Planning Meeting” (WEPM3) will be held only by videoconference due to the current very delicate sanitary conditions.
This WEPM3 will allow to :
– discuss the experimental and simulation proposals received and build the WEST scientific programme for the first experimental campaigns (2021-2023) of phase 2
– establish the basis for updating the WEST Research Plan for Phase 2
